VID has joined a value-based European university alliance whose purpose is to promote integration and social inclusion in society. The alliance has been given the name of ‘European University Alliance for Integration, Inclusion and Involvement (3IN)’.
Strategic partnerships will support professional cooperation between organizations working in higher education. The partnerships shall aim to develop, transfer and implement innovative practices that lead to increased quality in education and learning across national borders.
Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education announces funding in six different programs targeting graduate education cooperation with countries outside of the EU. The total announcement is over 130 millions.
The intensive Nordplus Course: Salutogenesis – from theory to practice was conducted by VID Specialized University, campus Haraldsplass in Bergen May 8–13, 2016. The objectives of the course was to present the salutogenic framework for health and well-being and relate this to nursing care in clinical practice. There was 28 participants from the Nordic countries and Lithuania.
