VID's distinctive logo symbol, the guide, provides direction for the future through past experience and knowledge. Protected area

The figures below illustrate the protected area around the two logo variants and apply to reproduction on print. These principles define the minimum permitted distance to other elements on a surface. The area must be kept free of any other element, and also defines the logo's minimum permitted distance to the edge of a format. In this way, sufficient space is achieved around the logo which means that it is always clear and optimally readable among other graphic elements. Protected areas must be maintained on all surfaces and by everyone who uses VID's logo.
