We want you to feel welcome and included as fast as possible, and give you the tools to get comfortable in your new job.
It is your closest supervisor that has the responsibility to follow up on your progress and make sure you get the appropriate training. Some units appoint a sponsor for you or organize guidance groups for new employees, where a colleague receives extra responsibility for the team's new member.
VID also has an introduction program designed for new employees. You'll get more information on this through the Learning Portal at VID-academy. The program contains an introduction day to meet leaders and colleagues and get an introduction to VIDs values. In the VID-academy you'll get access to different digital courses that'll give you a quick introduction to what you need to know as a VID employee.
