Dag-Håkon Eriksen is an Associate Professor at VID Specialized University. His research interests and publications focus on value-based leadership and social innovation in the non-profit sector. Eriksen teaches on the master's program in value-based leadership at VID, and he is the academic director of the Center for Value-Based Leadership and Innovation. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies and Chairman of the Board of Digni, www.digni.no
