Dag-Håkon Eriksen is Associate Professor at VID Specialized University in Norway. His research interests and publications center on values-based leadership and social innovation in the nonprofit sector. Eriksen teaches in the master program of Value-based leadership at VID, and he is the academic director of the Center of Values-based Leadership and Innovation. He is also Associate researcher at Oxford Centre for Mission Studies and Chair of the Board of Digni, www.digni.no
