Academic profile

Professor of Biblical Studies, experience in directing international research projects funded by EU/Horizon Europe, Norwegian Research Council, NUFU: Norwegian Programme for Development, and others. Research fields: (1) Rhetorical analysis of texts in the Hebrew Bible (two monographs, some peer-reviewed articles). (2) Analysis of African interpretive strategies vis-à-vis the Hebrew Bible (monographs, textbooks, anthologies, and around one hundred peer-reviewed articles).
