Marianne Sund

I am an occupational therapist. I have several years of previous experience working as an occupational therapist in the field of old age psychiatry, and as a lecurer with a particular focus on meaningful activites for persons with dementia. Working at the occupational therapy program at VID Sandnes my main subjects for teaching are psychiatric health, dementia and elderly care. My research interests revolve around increasing knowledge and understanding of the everyday life of persons with dementia living in nursing homes, with a particular fokus on citizenship in close relations and participation in meaningful activities in everyday life.
