Miroslav Cangar

Associate professor at VID Specialised University and an expert in social inclusion. He previously directed the Social Services Department at the Slovak Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family. Since 2003, he has consulted, supervised, and lectured on individual support planning, social services quality, and deinstitutionalisation. He frequently speaks at international events and has published works on community services and human rights in social care.
