Academic profile
Ryndyk has worked as a researcher at the Center for Intercultural Communication (SIK) since 2013. He holds a master's degree in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine) and a joint European Master in Migration and Intercultural Relations from the University of Oldenburg (Germany) and the University of Stavanger (Norway). In the period 2016-2020, Ryndyk was enrolled in the PhD programme in Sociology at the University of Oslo with a project examining linkages between family reunification and labor market integration of Polish migrants in Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Previously, he was involved in a number of international research projects with funding from i.a. Research Council of Norway and Norway Grants. Ryndyk speaks English, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian.
