Sigurd Haus

Sigurd Haus has a background as an organizational psychologist. He has worked with organizational development, leadership training and recruitment in the public and private sectors. He has been employed at the Centre for Intercultural Communication since 1994, where he has worked particularly with leadership and organization in an intercultural perspective. He also has associate professor competence in this field. Sigurd Haus has broad experience with teaching and course activities in intercultural communication, leadership and organizational development. In recent years, he has particularly worked with and led a major "Asset Based Community Development" project called "Use Your Talents" together with several churches and church educational institutions in Africa.
