The leading editor Gry Espedal, says;

– This handbook represents the culmination of three years of dedicated, collaborative effort with an incredible team of scholars from around the world. It has been a thrilling and intellectually enriching journey to navigate the complex and often uncharted intersections of emotions and values within organizational institutionalism. Our collective work sheds new light on how these fundamental forces shape and are shaped by institutions in times of unprecedented challenges and change. I am proud of what we have accomplished and excited to share these insights with the wider academic and practitioner communities.

 Please join us as we delve into how institutions and organizations shape how and what we think, value and feel and how and what we think, value and feel can change organizations and institutions.
