In The Digital Wellbeing project, we aim to prepare our workers with the skills to deal with the stress we all feel in the face of frustrating technological systems, digital tools and platforms.
It is a collaboration initiated and coordinated by the University of Transylvania in Brasov in Romania, with partners from DIAK in Finland, THWS in Germany and us at SLIPP in VID.
On Tuesday and Wednesday (07.02.22 - 08.02.22) we hosted our third project meeting for our colleagues in Finland, Romania and Germany. Together, we planned mentor training, content for the booklet aimed at all employees, as well as e-learning resources that will eventually be available for everyone. After the work meeting, we had a trust and relationship-building exercise on Korketrekken (The corkscrew slope) where the task was to go sledging down the hill as fast as possible without crashing into each other. The injuries were minimal.
On March 21. - 23., three mentors from each institution will gather at DIAK in Helsinki for joint training and coordination. The goal of the mentor training is to be able to spread the knowledge about digital well-being further within their own organizations. The next project meeting will be in THWS in Germany, where we will focus on the e-learning resources.
We're looking forward to it!
