The results from Studiebarometeret, the national student survey on quality in higher education, have now been published. Rector Ingunn Moser is pleased with the results as well as the response rate.
– These are the very first results in the short history of VID. Merging and restructuring four higher education institutions is a demanding task for all involved. All things considered, our first results from Studiebarometeret are encouraging, says rector Ingunn Moser.
73 % of the students in bachelor and master programmes at VID participated in the survey. Regarding overall satisfaction, the students replied:
To what extent do you agree that: I am attending the study programme of my first choice: 4,6 (out of 5)
I am, all things considered, satisfied with the programme I am currently attending: 4,2 (out of 5)
At NOKUT you can read more about Studiebarometeret and the results from the national student survey on quality of education. At Studiebarometeret you can find the students' assessments at programme level and compare different study programmes.
The national student survey and its web portal Studiebarometeret are operated by NOKUT on assignment from the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research.
