The campus will remain open
VID’s campuses and libraries will remain open, and students are welcome to study on campus. Students and staff who are on campus must use face masks in all situations where it is difficult to maintain a distance of one metre. Students should use room booking to book group rooms when necessary. There are also posters and signs on campus giving clear guidance on infection control in group rooms and common areas.
Work placements are prioritised
Work placements are prioritised and will be implemented with local adaptations during the spring semester of 2021. The practice institution will decide whether work placements can and should be implemented as planned.
Students will find information about their work placements in Canvas.
Staff must generally work from home
Everyone who can work from home must do so. Exceptions are first and foremost the performance of vital business functions on campus, such as first-line duties and practical skills training.
Travel
Only trips regarded as vital to VID’s business activity can be made until otherwise decided.
