Application

What is local admission?
Admission to VID's master degree programs and continuing education programs is done through local admission. You apply through the university college's own Application web, and the application is processed locally at our university college.

This is in contrast to bachelor's degree programs where applications are made through The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service.

What is The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service?
The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service is a service and coordinating body for admission to education at universities and colleges. At VID it is primarily admission to bachelor's degree programs that are made through The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service.
