• Where do I find schedules?

  You will find VID's schedules in TimeEdit.

• Where do I find reading lists?

  You can find reading lists for studies at VID in one of the following ways:

  • In Canvas (for students at VID)
    From the start of semester you'll find reading lists in your course in the learning plattform Canvas, under "Pensum/Reading List" in the left side menu.
  • On VID.no
    Find your study program in the studies list. Click on your study program. On the study page, click on "Reading lists" in the right-hand side menu.
  • In Leganto
    You'lI find an overview of reading lists at VID in the reading list management system Leganto. You can search for course codes or course titles.

  If you can't find the reading list you're looking for, please contact the instructor with academic responsibility for the course, or the faculty.

• What is Studentweb?

  Studentweb is a service where you can manage your personal information as a student. You can change things like addresses and phone numbers, check your study plan, register for the exam and get your grades. Read more about Studentweb.

• How do I pay the semester and tuition fee?

  The semester fee and tuition fee has to be paid at Studentweb. Read more about Studentweb. There you will find the invoice with payment information.

• Where do I find programme descriptions?

  You will find your programme description for your study programme at the individual page for the study programme. Scroll down and look for the button Programme descriptions below the headline Resources. You can click this to expand a list of programme descriptions.

  You will find a link to the study programme by going to the studies list. Click on your study.

  FS is the National Student Database and the educational institutions' database for student information. Here we gather information about you as a student, and whether you have paid and registered for courses. And more.
