Training

Staying physically active is important for good health. We offer a varied selection of training opportunities at our campuses, tailored to your needs and interests.

As a student in Bergen, you can work out with Sammen Training, which offers a wide range of activities. Here, you'll find everything from group training and swimming to climbing and personal trainers. With six fitness centers such as Årstad, Kronstad, and the Student Center, you have great opportunities to stay active.

In Stavanger, you can utilize the Student Welfare Organization SiS, which has a sports center offering over 100 group classes per week. Here, you'll also find a climbing wall, a strength training room, and personal trainers.

You can also make use of the gym available on campus.

In Oslo, you can work out through SiO, which offers everything from group training to swimming and sports halls. You also have the opportunity to join the Oslo Student Sports Club (OSI), which provides activities such as climbing, tennis, and taekwondo. Friskis & Svettis in Majorstuen also offers great student prices on group training and strength training.

I Oslo kan du trene gjennom SiO, som tilbyr alt fra gruppetrening til svømming og idrettshall. Du har også muligheten til å bli med i Oslostudentenes Idrettsklubb (OSI), som har aktiviteter som klatring, tennis og taekwondo.
