The Division for IT Support will help users perform their daily tasks. The Division for IT support delivers a wide range of ICT services, and is responsible for infrastructure, applications and support.

The division's frontline support service provides assistance in authentication, directory services, login services, email, communications (Skype), telephony, printing, and so on. All users can contact the support via helpdesk@vid.no, the helpdesk portal or by direct inquiry to our support at the location.

Division for IT Support is a subunit of Department of Administrative Support.
