The Division for Human Resources has the university college's strategic and operational academic responsibility within HR.
The Division for Human Resources has the university college's strategic and operational academic responsibility within HR.
The HR department is responsible for maintaining and developing the university college's employer policy, as well as implementing and coordinating joint tasks within the HR area, such as recruitment and competence development, organizational and managerial development, payroll and retirement, HSE work and archives / systems for electronic processing.
