Knowledge of organization and management is of great importance when we face complex and complex societal challenges at the local, national and global levels. We are a group that researches organization and management in practice and tries to explain and interpret the dynamics that take place in organization and management.
What are we researching?
We are particularly concerned with how values affect action and how action reflects values. We have a particular focus on non-profit and faith-based organizations and are concerned with the interaction between the non-profit, public and private sectors. Our research interests include:
