Centre for value-based leadership and innovation
The Centre for Value-Based Leadership and Innovation offers continuing education for leaders and employees in public and non-profit organizations. In addition, we offer evaluation of organizations and research on key organizational and management topics in various organizations.
We are happy to speak in lectures and presentations about new ways of leading and organizing through increased focus on purpose, values, meaning and innovation. We have a special focus on church and diaconal organizations, as well as public and non-profit health, care and welfare sectors, but also target value-based private organizations.
