Om prosjektet
The aim of the project is to explore perceptions, attitudes and ideas about people with developmental disabilities' religion/religiosity among personnel who work in facilitated homes for the disabled. Those perceptions and ideas are seen in context of socio-religious situation in today’s Norway, religion’s role in its public sphere, and different norms and discourses that can influence the personnel’s professional practice on different levels (international human rights, including those stipulated in the UN's Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (1993), Norwegian law, documents of the Church of Norway et cetera).
